“Structure” means a combination of materials forming a construction that is safe and stable and includes, among other things, stadiums, gospel and circus tents, reviewing stands, platforms, staging, observation towers, radio and television towers, water tanks and towers, trestles, piers, wharves, sheds, storage bins, walls, fences and display signs. The word “structure” shall be construed as if followed by the words “or part thereof”.
