All waste material or debris including, but not limited to, residue from combustible material, paper, rags, cartons, boxes, wood scraps, stuffing or packing material, tree branches, yard trimmings and wastes, cans, metal scraps, bottles or other items no longer suitable for their intended purpose, but excluding waste being composted in a proper enclosure and wood piles used on the premises for fuel.
