1505.99 PENALTY.

Any person who refuses or neglects to obey an order issued by the Fire Chief under the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Each and every day of noncompliance after the time specified in the notice provided in this chapter shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
