No person shall deposit ashes, smoldering embers or coal, greasy or oily substances, brush, leaves, grass or other flammable material that may cause spontaneous combustion, within ten feet of any wooden or plastered wall, partition, fence, floor, sidewalk, lumber, hay, shavings, rubbish or other combustible material.
