1381.05 REGISTRATION FEES; INSURANCE; EFFECTIVE PERIOD.
   Registration fees under this chapter shall be as follows: each person engaged in the plumbing business shall pay an annual registration fee of ten dollars ($10.00). The registration received for such fee shall also include the right to tap sewers. Plumbers shall pay a registration fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per year. Each person before such registration is granted shall give a certificate of insurance to the City to the approval of the City Engineer, for the plumbing and sewer tapping, including excavation liability insurance with underground exclusion removed in the amount of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for bodily injury and fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for property damage for each occurrence. No blasting may be done without special permission and the same insurance requirement as above with blasting exclusion. Such registration shall date from the issuing date and no registration shall be granted for a period of less than one year. Each registration shall expire one year from the issuing date.
