1311.06 INJUNCTIVE PROCEEDINGS.

Whenever any person has repeatedly violated provisions of this chapter, the Director of Law shall commence appropriate civil legal action in the court of competent jurisdiction in the name of the City, to enjoin and restrain further continuance of such violation.
