943.07 AUTHORITY TO INCLUDE CITY IN COUNTY DISTRICT.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 343.01, the Board of County Commissioners of Sandusky County, Ohio, are hereby authorized to include the territory within the limits of the City of Fremont in one or more garbage and refuse disposal districts within Sandusky County as established by such Board.
