922.22 PROTOCOL AND FEES FOR SEPTAGE RECEIVING AT THE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL CENTER.
   (a)   Septic tank wastes may be accepted at the Fremont Water Pollution Control Center as the situation allows.
   (b)   Septic tank waste will only be accepted from residential sources, trailer parks, marinas and residential package treatment plants. Waste will not be accepted from industrial users, grease traps or other commercial operation.
   (c)   Septic tank waste will be accepted from septic tank haulers licensed by the Sandusky County Health Department. Licensed haulers upon application and payment of the application fee will be issued a disposal permit by the City of Fremont. The permit may be renewed every two (2) years by following this procedure.
   (d)   Specific septage manifest forms will be purchased at the Fremont Utility Billing Office in packages of ten (10) and a manifest will be turned in at the Water Pollution Control Center for each 1,000 gallons of septage discharged.
   (e)   Hours of disposal of waste and volumes accepted per day will be set by the Superintendent of the Water Pollution Control Center, and may be suspended as the plant situation dictates (NPDES permit issue, etc.). Generally, wastes will be accepted on Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
   (f)   Fees.
      (1)   Application Fee $30.00.
      (2)   Discharge Fee $30.00/1,000 gallons. Package of 10 manifests can be purchased at the Fremont Utility Billing Office.
