922.18 BOARD OF APPEALS ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby established a Board of Appeals consisting of the Utilities Committee and the Law, Rules and Ordinance Committee of Fremont City Council. The Mayor of the City of Fremont shall be Chairman of this Board and preside over the meetings, but shall only cast a vote to break a tie.
