922.07 ENFORCEMENT RIGHT OF ENTRY; SAMPLING.
   (a)   The Director and/or other duly authorized employees of the City, upon presentation of proper identification to the owner or his employee or representative, shall be permitted to enter all properties for the purpose of inspection, observation and measurement, sampling and testing pertinent to the discharge to the sewage system in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. The results of all such measurement, sampling or testing shall be made available to the property owner or his employee or representative at the earliest possible convenience. At the time of sampling, the City shall offer the owner the opportunity of conducting duplicate sampling. The same right concerning this section shall be accorded to the Ohio or United State Environmental Protection Agency upon proper identification.
   (b)   The Director retains the right to inspection and copy all industrial self-monitoring data which has been generated pursuant to the Industrial User's discharge permit requirements for the purpose of assuring compliance with local or Categorical Pretreatment Standards.
