No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any unpolluted stormwater, surface water, groundwater, roof runoff, subsurface drainage, uncontaminated cooling water or unpolluted industrial process water to the sewage system. Any existing roof drain connections carrying unpolluted stormwater to the sewage system shall be disconnected above ground in a manner approved by the Engineer.
