The sewerage charges provided in this chapter shall be payable monthly or quarterly at the office of the City Department of Water and may be made payable at the same time as water bills are payable in the district in which the lot, parcel of land or premises is located. The due date shall be that specified on the statement for the sewerage service charge presented to the user of the sewerage system.
