903.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which a penalty is not otherwise specified shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each violation.

(b) Each day that a condition exists, including a violation of Section 903.08, that is not in compliance with this chapter shall constitute a separate violation.
