(a) The City may at any time revoke a permit issued pursuant to these regulations, on any of the same grounds listed in Section 707.07(b) for denial of the permit. The Safety-Service Director shall promptly notify the permittee in writing of the order of revocation.
(b) When a permit is revoked, the revocation shall continue for one (1) year.
