553.02 MAXIMUM SPEED.

(a) No person shall run or operate any railroad locomotive or cars over any railroad track laid within the City at a greater speed than is reasonable and proper. A rate of speed greater than twenty miles per hour shall be presumptive evidence of a speed greater than is reasonable and proper.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
