(a) No minor under the age of eighteen years shall in any circumstances frequent, loiter or remain in any establishment wherein beer or intoxicating liquors are served unless such minor is accompanied by his parent or parents, guardian or other person having the lawful custody of such minor. No proprietor, keeper, manager or employee of any establishment wherein beer or intoxicating liquors are served shall allow or permit any such minor to frequent, loiter or remain in such establishment in violation of this section.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
