521.09 DISPOSAL OF FISH PROHIBITED.

(a) No person shall dispose of any fish or part thereof upon City property, or upon private property within 200 yards of the Sandusky River, unless such person is the owner or in lawful possession of such premises.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
