355.03 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR OVERNIGHT PARKING.

(a) No person shall park any vehicle in the downtown residential parking area overnight without a permit issued by the Mayor or his designee.

(b) It shall be prima facie evidence of parking overnight if any vehicle is left unattended for more than two hours in the downtown residential parking area between the hours of 12:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
