351.19 PARKING OF UTILITY TRAILERS.

No person shall park a utility trailer, whether enclosed or open, on the streets of the City, except for the purpose of loading or unloading, provided, however, that this section shall not apply to a utility trailer temporarily parked in the immediate vicinity of a job or work site if no other suitable place to park is available.
