351.17 PARKING OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES.

(a) No person shall park a commercial tractor or semi-trailer on the streets of the City, except for the purpose of loading or unloading.

(b) No person shall park a commercial tractor within 100 feet of the boundary of any residential premises between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., except for the purpose of loading or unloading. (Ord. 97-2986. Passed 2-6-97.)
