§ 154.85  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SPECIAL FLOOD PRONE AREA.  The area designated as Zone A on the Federal Insurance Administration Maps Nos. H48 039 2490 03 and I 48 039 2490 03 filed in the office of the City Secretary.
   100-YEAR FLOOD.  A flood of such magnitude as may be reasonably expected to be equalled or exceeded on an average of once every 100 years. The term also means that level of flooding having 1% probability of occurrence each year.
