Sanitary sewer facilities shall be provided to adequately service the subdivision and conform to the city sewer system and shall conform to the following:
   (A)   All sewer pipe shall be vitrified clay sewer pipe.
   (B)   A minimum of eight-inch sewer pipe is preferred. Six-inch pipe shall be acceptable only where approved by the City Engineer.
   (C)   All joints shall be sealed with a bituminous compound.
   (D)   In general, sewers shall be located in the utility easements.
