§ 154.21  LOT SIZES.
   (A)   Except as otherwise herein provided, side lot lines shall run perpendicular to the center line of the street; and the minimum dimensions for residential lots shall be 60 feet in width and 120 feet in depth; provided, however, each such lot must conform to the minimum lot square footage area required by the comprehensive zoning code of the city, which is applicable in the zone in which the lot or subdivision is situated.
   (B)   In general, corner lots shall have extra width, especially in cases where such corner lots back on lots facing the side streets. Double-frontage lots shall not be permitted.
   (C)   A lot or lots facing onto a circular cul-de-sac street or streets are expected from the width requirements contained in division (B) of this section, but are not excepted from the minimum lot area required by the comprehensive zoning code of the city, applicable to the zone in which such lot or lots are situated. Lot or lots situated and facing onto a circular cul-de-sac street or streets shall be of a minimum width at the front property line of 50 feet, and shall be of a minimum width of 60 feet at the minimum setback line (25 feet from the front lot line).
