§ 115.061  DANCE PERMIT.
   (A)   Permit required.  Any person who does not hold a license for a public dance hall, but who desires to hold a public dance in the city shall obtain a permit for each such public dance from the City Secretary.

   (B)   Application.  Any person desiring a public dance permit shall make application therefor to the City Secretary upon a form furnished by the City Secretary. Such application shall state the name and address of the applicant and the name and address of the public dance hall where such public dance is to be held. The application must be made at least 48 hours before such dance is to be held.

   (C)   Fee. No permit for a public dance shall be issued until a fee of $25 shall have first been paid to the City Secretary.

   (D)   Issuance. A public dance permit shall be issued by the City Secretary when all the provisions of this chapter and other ordinances in reference thereto are complied with.
