§ 115.053 CHARACTER OF APPLICANT CONDITION TO ISSUANCE.

No license shall be issued under the provisions of §§ 115.050 through 115.060 if any person named in the application is a person of known immoral repute or is an habitual criminal. Each such application must be approved by the Chief of Police in respect to the requirement of this section.
