§ 115.044  ATTENDANCE BY CERTAIN PERSONS; CERTAIN CONDUCT PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of a dance hall to permit any known prostitute, male or female procurer, or vagrant, or person of known immoral character or who is under the influence of intoxicating liquor to enter or be present at any public dance or dance hall.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person in charge of any public dance hall to permit any boisterous or disorderly person to enter, be, or remain in, or to assist in any such public dance hall or public dance, and it shall be unlawful for any person to conduct himself in a boisterous or disorderly manner in any public dance hall or at any public dance. No intoxicated, gross mannered or vulgar person or person of indecent character shall be permitted in any dance hall and no person shall be permitted who conducts himself in a gross or vulgar manner.
