§ 112.03  LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF WELLS PERMITTED.
   (A)   Not more than one oil or gas well shall be drilled in any one city block area. In unsubdivided land, not more than one oil well shall be drilled for each 40 acres of land. In unsubdivided land, not more than one gas well shall be drilled for each 320 acres of land.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the word DRILLED, the City Council intends the same to mean that there shall not be more than one producing oil well or gas well.
