SECTION 6.02.  PETITIONS FOR RECALL.
   The question of the recall of the Mayor shall be submitted to the qualified voters of the entire City but the question of the recall of the members of the City Council shall only be submitted to the qualified voters of the single member district or ward from which such member was elected. Recall shall be initiated by the filing of a petition with the person performing the duties of the City Secretary. In the case of the Mayor, such petition shall be signed by a number of the qualified voters of the City equal to at least fifty-one (51%) of the number of votes cast at the last regular municipal election of the City but in no event less than two hundred (200) petitioners. In the case of the other members of the City Council, such petition shall be signed by a number of the qualified voters residing in the single member district or ward from which such member was elected to equal to at least fifty-one (51%) of the number of votes cast at the last regular municipal election held in such single member district or ward but in no event less than one hundred (100) petitioners.
