§ 110.03  HOURS OF SALE.
   (A)   Hours of sale of beer.  A person may only sell, offer for sale or deliver beer within the incorporated limits of the city between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight, on any day except Sunday, and a person  may only sell beer on Sunday between 12:00  midnight and 1:00 a.m. and between 12:00 noon and 12:00 midnight, except permittees or licensees authorized to sell for on-premise consumption may sell beer on Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon if the beer is served to a customer during the service of food to such customer. Provided, the holder of a retail dealer’s on-premises late hours permit may also offer for sale, and deliver beer between midnight and 2:00 a.m. on any day.

   (B)   Hours of sale of mixed beverages.  A mixed beverage permittee may only sell and offer for sale mixed beverages within the incorporated limits of the city between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight, on any day except Sunday, and mixed beverages may only be sold on Sunday between 12:00 midnight and 1:00 a.m. and between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight, except any alcoholic beverage served to a customer on Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon, must be provided during the service of food to such customer. Provided, however, the holder of a mixed beverage late hours permit may also sell, offer for sale and deliver mixed beverages between midnight and 2:00 a.m. on any day.
