§ 95.20  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   GRANTEE.  A current United States Coast Guard documented vessel owned by a person, firm, or corporation which has a license and permit to do business in the State of Texas.
   OLD BRAZOS RIVER.  The waterway so designated, extending from “the Plug” upon which runs State Highway 288 separating the Brazos River Diversion Channel from the watercourse of the Old Brazos River and which meanders from said end of the river (the Plug) to the Intercoastal Waterway to the Freeport Harbor Channel and thence on to the Gulf of Mexico, as designated by government authority.
   RULES AND REGULATIONS.  All lawfully enacted orders, regulations, rules, and laws of the city, the county, the state, the United States of America and/or any lawfully constituted department, division, or section thereof who has jurisdiction or authority over or analogous to any phase of operation of this concession franchise, such as, but not limited to, the United States Coast Guard.
