§ 93.01  UNREASONABLE NOISE PROHIBITED.
   (A)   The creation at any place in the city of any noise specified in any division of § 93.02 of this chapter under the circumstances specified in such division, which is unreasonably loud, disturbing and unnecessary is hereby declared to be a public nuisance and prohibited.
   (B)   In any prosecution in the municipal court of the city or any other court of competent jurisdiction for a violation of division (A) above, proof of the creation of any noise specified in any division of § 93.02 under the circumstances specified in such division shall be prima facie evidence that such noise is unreasonably loud, disturbing and unnecessary.
