The City's Legal Counsel shall only act as the advisor to the Human Relations Commission during any of the proceedings conducted by the Commission under this chapter. No member of the Legal Counsel shall act as the attorney for, or as the advisor to, any complainant or respondent in any proceeding conducted by the Commission. The Legal Counsel shall also represent the Commission in any court of competent jurisdiction for any cause of action arising from the performance by the Commission of any actions authorized by this chapter.
