270.15   REMEDIES.
   Any person aggrieved in any manner by a violation of any provision of this chapter (but not of Section 270.10), and who has exhausted the remedies provided in Sections 270.11 and 270.12, may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for appropriate relief from such violations, including:
   (a)   An order compelling compliance with this chapter;
   (b)   An order prohibiting any person, found by a court to have violated any provision of this chapter, from participating in the sale, lease, exchange, transfer, conveyance or assignment of any real property;
   (c)   Compensatory damages;
   (d)   Such other and further relief as may seem appropriate to the court for the enforcement of this chapter and the elimination of violations hereof.
