It shall be an unlawful real estate practice and a violation of this chapter for any person to:
(a) Aid, abet, incite or coerce a person to engage in an unlawful real estate practice.
(b) Deceive, exploit, cheat or overcharge any person in a real property transaction in the City, or make any distinction, discrimination or restriction against any person as to the conditions or privileges of any kind relating to the sale, rental, lease or occupancy of any real property.
(c) Deliberately and knowingly refuse examination of copies of any listing of real property in the City to any person because of race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex (including sexual harassment), pregnancy, age (40 and over), order of protection status, marital status, sexual orientation (including gender-related identity), military status, unfavorable military discharge, disability, arrest record, familial status, citizenship status and source of income.
(d) Enter into a listing agreement which prohibits the inspection, sale, lease, or occupancy of real property to any person because of race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex (including sexual harassment), pregnancy, age (40 and over), order of protection status, marital status, sexual orientation (including gender-related identity), military status, unfavorable military discharge, disability, arrest record, familial status, citizenship status and source of income.
(e) Act or undertake to act with respect to any real property, the disposition of which is prohibited to any person because of race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex (including sexual harassment), pregnancy, age (40 and over), order of protection status, marital status, sexual orientation (including gender-related identity), military status, unfavorable military discharge, disability, arrest record, familial status, citizenship status and source of income.
(f) Willfully interfere with the performance of a duty or the exercise of a power by the Human Relations Commission or one of its members or representatives; or
(g) Willfully obstruct or prevent a person from complying with the provisions of this chapter or an order issued hereunder.
