1276.07 REQUIRED PARKING.

No parking space designated under this chapter for use as a stacking space for a drive through or delivery space for curbside service shall be counted as a parking space for purposes of complying with the off-street parking requirements of Chapter 1262 or any other provision of these Codified Ordinances which requires dedicated parking spaces.
