(a) Speakers used for taking orders or providing services shall be maintained at a volume which is not be able to be heard from adjacent property.
(b) No drive through shall be operated in any way which interferes with access to any adjacent business or residence, or which results in vehicles waiting for service to block any public way, private access or driveway, or the unauthorized use of parking space not owned by the business operating the drive through.
(c) The operation of a drive through in a manner which interferes with the use or enjoyment adjacent properties is hereby declared a nuisance. The requirements of this section shall be an affirmative and continuing duty on the part of any person operating a drive through, and compliance with the design standards in Section 1276.03 shall not be a defense to a violation of this section.
