1276.02   DEFINITIONS.
   (a)   A “drive through” shall defined as any service which is provided by a business having an established building location to persons through a window or other portal in said building without the need for said persons to leave their vehicle in order to receive such service. Such services shall specifically include, but are not limited to, transaction of banking services and delivery of food (prepared, pre-packaged, or otherwise), beverages, pharmaceuticals, or other items sold at retail, whether purchased at the time of delivery or previously through electronic or other means.
   (b)   “Curbside service” shall be defined as any delivery of items, whether purchased at the time of delivery or previously through electronic or other means, to persons by delivering said items directly to the recipient’s vehicle.
