Every licensee, with the exception of holders of a Tier III license, shall maintain in place a recording security camera of a type, number, and placement approved by the Chief of Police, and maintained and operated in a manner consistent with Section 874.13(c). All new licensees must comply with this provision from and after its date of enactment. Existing licensees must comply by no later than January 1, 2020.
