1477.05 BUILDING MOUNTED PV ARRAYS.

(a) Building mounted PV arrays which are mounted parallel with a wall of a building or structure shall be installed and regulated in the same manner as marquees, pursuant to Chapter 1454.

(b) Building mounted PV arrays which are not mounted flush to, or parallel with, a wall of a building or structure shall be installed and regulated in the same manner as canopies, pursuant to Chapter 1454.
