1032.18 SALES; MERCHANDISE DISPLAYS; CAFES.

(a) No person shall sell, attempt to sell or cry out for sale at public auction any real or personal property upon any multi-use path, except in accordance with Chapter 1030 (Special Events).

(b) No person shall place any boxes, goods, wares or merchandise, for sale or show, upon any multi-use path located in the Central Business District, except in accordance with Chapter 1030 (Special Events).
