It shall be unlawful for any person who is under the age of twenty-one years to purchase or possess tobacco products, tobacco accessories, or smoking herbs, or to misrepresent his or her identity or age, or to use any false or altered identification for the purpose of purchasing or possessing tobacco products, tobacco accessories, smoking herbs or electronic nicotine delivery devices.
