486.06 PRESUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATIONS.

For purposes of prosecution under this chapter, if a vehicle is found parked or left unattended in violation of the provisions of this chapter, the registered owner thereof shall be responsible for such violation.
