(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than twenty dollars ($20.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each such violation, if the fine is paid within five days from the issuance of the ticket, and, if not paid within five days, then not less than forty dollars ($40.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each such violation. (b) Whoever violates Section 484.07 shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00), in addition to any costs or charges connected with the removal or storage of any motor vehicle. (Ord. 96-76. Passed 11-4-96.)
