484.05 HANDICAPPED PERSONS.

Areas depicted on the Chapter 488 Master Parking Plan map as handicapped placard parking shall be reserved for the parking of vehicles properly displaying a placard issued by the State of Illinois indicating a right to park in handicap accessible parking zones.
