484.04 PUBLIC CARRIER STANDS.
   Council may establish, by resolution, bus stands and taxicab stands in the Central Business District, for the convenience of the public. Every such stand shall be designated by an appropriate sign. The following rules shall apply:
   (a)   A driver shall not stand or park a bus upon any street in such District at any place other than a bus stand.
   (b)   The driver of a bus shall enter a bus stand so that the bus, when stopped, is parallel to, and the front wheel is not more than eighteen inches from, the curb.
   (c)   A driver shall not stand a taxicab to solicit or receive passengers, other than in response to a specific call, in the Central Business District at any place other than in a taxicab stand.
   (d)   No person shall stand a vehicle, other than a bus or taxicab, in a bus stop or a taxicab stand, if such standing will interfere with any bus or taxicab.
