(a) Except as provided in subsection (c) hereof, whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than three dollars ($3.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each offense, provided that the fine shall not be less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for vehicles parked for a longer period of time than twenty-four hours in any off-street parking lot.

(b) If such fine as provided in subsection (a) hereof is not paid before 9:00 a.m. on the fifth day after such offense is committed, then such fine shall be not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each such offense, provided that if the fine for parking a vehicle in Lots 3, 8 or 12 for a longer period of time than twenty-four hours is not paid before 9:00 a.m. on the fifth day after such offense is committed, then such fine shall be not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each such offense.

(c) Whoever violates Section 482.06 or Section 482.08 shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00), in addition to any costs or charges connected with the removal or storage of any motor vehicle.
