The parking of trucks of vehicles in excess of one ton capacity or semitrailers, used primarily for the transportation of property or for other commercial use, shall be prohibited in any city off-street parking lot, with the exception of parking in conjunction with a Special Events permit issued by the City or City vehicles in pursuance of operational needs of the City. Whoever violates this section shall be fined in accordance with Section 482.99(c).
