Parking spaces for handicapped persons or disabled veterans within any public parking lot shall be posted in accordance with Section 480.24 and shall be designated as follows:
(o) The southerly two spaces on the easterly side of the westerly half of Lot 3.
(p) The northerly two spaces on the westerly side of the entrance to Lot 11; the northerly space on the easterly side of the entrance to Lot 11; and the southerly four spaces in the easterly row of spaces in Lot 11.
(q) The northerly and southerly spaces in the westerly row of spaces on the westerly side of Lot 12.
(r) The northerly space on the westerly side of the Library Lot, located within Block 53 of the Original Town (now City) of Freeport.
(s) The southerly space on the westerly side of the easterly half of the Police/City Hall Lot, located within Block 66 of the Original Town (now City) of Freeport. (Ord. 97-76. Passed 1-5-98.)
