480.20 THREE-HOUR PARKING LOCATIONS.

   On the following streets within the City, motor vehicle parking spaces shall be marked. The time limit for parking in each such space shall be two three hours on Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. References to block numbers in this section are to blocks in the Original Town (now City) of Freeport. The provisions of this section shall not apply on Sundays or legal holidays. (For three-hour parking in the Downtown, see Chapter 488 – Master Parking Plan)

   Locust.   The west side, Lincoln to Pleasant.

   Winnifred.   The north and south sides, from Blackhawk Street, 100 feet west.

   Excepted from the foregoing shall be all spaces in which there are curb cuts and where there are driveways or entry ways for motor vehicles and prohibited places as provided in Sections 484.02, 484.03, 484.04, 484.05, or 484.06 of this Chapter.
