464.07 UNCLAIMED VEHICLES.

Any motor vehicle which is not reclaimed within thirty calendar days after the final adjudication of a violation of the provisions of Section 464.02 (a) shall be disposed of as an unclaimed vehicle in accordance with Section 4-201 et seq. of the Illinois Vehicle Code, as adopted in Section 420.01 of this Traffic Code, and with Section 480.10 of this Traffic Code.
